Remote Controlled Tank - A tracked chassis linked to your phone
This project lets you control a highly manoeuvrable tracked chassis, with two rocket launchers, from an app on your mobile device using Bluetooth. Why not make one too!
Project Overview
This project employs a Tamiya tracked chassis and double gearbox kits to create a platform controlled by an Arduino Mega, from a mobile phone app via Bluetooth. The twin rocket launchers and loud speaker make this an awesome piece of kit, which is great fun to drive as it is highly manoeuvrable. Use the phone app to beep the horn, and fire rockets individually or in quick succession. Click the image to the right to watch a video of my TankBot in action -->
